GiusYoga is dedicated to providing transformative yoga experiences through retreats, workshops, and classes.
I've completed my 400hrs teacher training in Dynamic Vinyasa, Rocket yoga, Mandala & Yin.
My yoga style reflects my personality, bringing the joy of physical movement to dynamic, flowing sequences. I do this by joining the movements with breath, which encourages focus and balancefor the mind and body.
My love of handstands and inversions brings a sense of fun and play to the practice and sequences.
Hands on adjustments are available to create a sense of ease and deep relaxation for the students.
